The traditional costume hat Resi was designed as a so-called "cords hat" in the early 1980s by Brigitte and Heinz Mühlbauer. The generous decoration of strings, ribbons and bows - "cords" - including tassel in the centre back is typical for this kind of hat. Resi is made of fine 100% rabbit hair felt, one of the best felt qualities worldwide.
This felt offers excellent protection against wind and weather. It is soft and comfortable, but also robust and durable, therefore perfect for everyday wear.
