The Mühlbauer hat Duke Gigi is an elegant traveller made of antelope felt. The felt is called “antelope” because it is as soft and fine like antelope skin. In reality it is made of 100% rabbit hair and counts as one of the densest and highest quality felts available because only the shortest and finest hairs are used. To make the felt even finer, its surface is sanded by Mühlbauer. Ear pieces have been attached to the inside of the hat – to be folded up or down – practical, if it’s windy or cold. The ear pieces can be tied under your chin.
