With the word “Tracht” we mean headwear with a visible reference to a particular region, where we come from: from Austria, from the Alps. These hats can be recognised by their specific shapes, colours or decorative elements. For example the ribbon from Aussee, silk or woollen cords, and tufts of chamois hair or feathers.
