The very popular hat Sepp is a narrow-brimmed traveller from the "Tracht" (traditional costume) series. Shape, colour and stylistic details typical for traditional hats from the alpine region come together in its design. Thus the hat is decorated with a broad, green silk ribbon, culminating in several folds at the centre back. The brim has a trimmed edge. This hat is made of the finest antelope felt. "Antelope" because the felt is as soft and smooth as antelope skin. In reality it is made of 100% rabbit hair and counts as one of the densest and best felt qualities available because only the shortest and finest hairs are used in production. The slightly crushed appearance is not just a consciously chosen stylistic detail, but also allows the hat to be folded and packed in a bag without "destroying" it - making it the perfect hat for travel. Sepp is worn by men and women.
