The wide-brimmed Mühlbauer cloche Veitsch is a piece from the “Tract” (traditional Austrian costume) series. Shape, colours and stylistic details typical for hats from the alpine region are united in this piece. Therefore the hat is decorated with a wide green silk ribbon – the “Ausser ribbon” (meaning it originates from the Aussee region in Austria), which comes together in several pleats in the centre back. This hat is crocheted out of viscose raffia. The crochet structure helps this hat retain its shape and makes it elastic. This hat is perfect for every day summer wear, but also for travel and beach.
